How do I place an order? How far in advance can I place an order?
We have a new menu every month, and you can submit your order through our Shop page. Orders will be ready for local pick up/delivery on an agreed upon day and time. If you would like shipping, that is available at checkout as well.
For large, custom orders please submit your order request through our custom order page 14 days in advance. If 14 days is not possible, please feel free to reach out anyway. Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your order, we do our best to work with our customers. We appreciate advanced notice!
When is local pickup?
We will reach out to you once you place your order through our Shop page to discuss an agreed upon day/time for pickup
Can you ship your cookies?
We do offer shipment of our cookies, but there will be an additional charge to cover the shipping cost and materials. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific date of arrival as we are bound to the limitations of USPS. If you need your cookies by a certain date, we would suggest setting the arrival a day or two earlier in case of delays. For all shipping orders, you will receive a tracking code with USPS priority shipping. Priority shipping arrives in 1-3 business days.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, within 20 miles of Worcester and a flat fee is applied to your order for travel.
How much do your cookies cost, and what is the minimum order?
You can learn more about pricing on our Shop page. We do have a minimum of 4 cookies through our website ordering. However, keep an eye on our social media for news of pop ups or events around your area where you can pick up a few singular sweet treats!
How do the cookies come packaged and how long do they last?
All cookies are individually wrapped and are as air tight as possible. If wrapped, our royal icing cookies stay fresh up to 10 days and our baked cookies for up to 7 days. Helpful hint - both options can be placed in the freezer for up to one month! Pop your baked cookies in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or the oven at 350 degrees for ~3-5 minutes for that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste we all love!
Will all the cookies have the same design and flavor?
That’s up to you! We offer mix and match options for both cookie orders and our gift boxes. Ask us what we can create for you - submit an inquiry for a custom creation!
Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergies?
We cannot ensure an allergy-free baking environment. We work out of a certified community kitchen that handles all main allergens of dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat) and egg. For those loved ones with allergies, we would cautiously suggest you not give our cookies a try.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?
Yes, to both! As we've expanded, we have prioritized making sure those with dietary restrictions are included in the love a cookie gives! While we do our best to eliminate cross-contamination, we work out of a certified community kitchen that handles all ma and egg. For those loved ones with allergies or dietary restrictions, we would cautiously suggest you not give our cookies a try.
Do you cater for special events?
Yes! We would love to be a part of your reason to celebrate. Our cookies are individually wrapped and allow for customization. For custom, large orders and quotes please submit a custom order inquiry form at least 14 days in advance of your event or email us directly at eat@thecraftedcookiecompany.com. You will receive confirmation of your order once we review and approve your request. Requests submitted with short notice are not guaranteed to be accepted, although we do our best to accommodate our customers.
